to set the scene.
When we first decided to purchase one of these apartments we
were told that there would be a parking space for every owner, something that we now know could not happen due to the
space constrictions but thats what we were told or due to the translation between English/Bulgarian we were lead to believe.
Some time later we recieved an e-mail from the property company telling
us that there were parking spaces for sale and would we like to buy one.
Immediatly a thread was started on this Bulgarian forum and we found
more owners.
More importantly other owners found us and very soon we knew 14 of
the 28 owners and what started off as a moan about being asked if we would like to buy one of these parking spaces, soon
became the place to swap information and to see what everyone else had been told information wise, and as with everything
else you felt that you were not on your own if and when things went wrong.
As with everything there were going to be problems but I felt that
this thread on the forum was helping to keep problems to a minimum as there were so many of us there to pull together.
